Licensed, insured and bonded as a General Building Contractor and General Painting Contractor for 40 years in Alaska and California. I’ve been a Texan for 7 years. I am a builder, painter and handyman, having built 28 custom homes, remodeled and repaired scores of others, and renovated a 1922 mansion. I operated my own cabinet shop for 9 years doing custom cabinets and entertainment centers along with my building and painting business. I actually enjoy doing plain, layered and lit crown moulding, chair railing, and wainscoting. I am qualified for handicap renovations using criteria set forth by the American Disabilities Act to include cabinetry, grab bars, toilets, ramps etc. I work by the hour or contract and prefer smaller jobs where real craftsmanship is celebrated.
