Handyman Job in Orlando, Florida

We are in need of a Handyman for several restaurants within our franchise in the Orlando area. (Including Kissimmee, Winter Park, Lake Mary and Lake Buena Vista) This job is as needed/per trip and not salary. The person we hire needs to be able to do the following: -Provides numerous services indoors in a variety of areas: general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, light tile work, renovations and painting. -Outside: pressure washing sidewalk/patio areas when needed -Knowledgeable on gas/electrical commercial equipment (such as, flat top grills, clam shell grills, gas stoves, bean kettles, rice cookers etc.) -Some knowledge on HVAC (walk-in coolers, cold lines and other refrigeration units) -Any other repairs as needed or by request If interested and have the experience, please email your resume at [email protected] and we will contact you to setup a interview.
