Grey Rose Consulting LLC. is a Property Management Company currently seeking a experienced contractor for several rental properties to preform the job duties such as minor electrical, plumbing, drywall, roof patching and minor repairs on scheduled day's through out the month's.
"Must have your own tool." Must have transportation.
We will provide the materials for the job.
$18/hr Plus travel time.
"We will not pay per job.
