Handyman Job in Stoughton, Massachusetts

I own a small office building in Stoughton MA. I have a few small projects that I need done. The projects are as follows: 1. Install double doors on closet 2. Paint interior wall where new exterior door was installed 3. Patch and paint small holes in walls where old thermostats were (we replaced all the thermostats) 4. Build a an interior soffit to cover HVAC duct 5. Renovate 2 bathrooms - tile floors, paint, install new toilet, sink, faucet and vanity 6. Tile a floor 7. Repair a railing Once these projects are completed, I would like to have someone that I can call from time to time as needed.
