Handyman Job in Deadwood, South Dakota

I am desperately looking for someone honest and reliable to do the following: 1) Install a railing in an enclosed staircase leading up to the 2nd floor of the house. 2) Repair or replace the sink dish sprayer because it doesn't work. 3) Adjust the railings on my garage door (awning type door) so that it closes all the way. The house is in Lead (not Deadwood), South Dakota. Thank you!
