Natural finish with 3 coats of poly ($.50 a ft. for stain.) Laminate- installation only $1.50 a ft. Ceramic Tile- special is $399 up to 40 ft. We offer 3 different tiles to choose from with hardibacker, thinset, grout, and wax ring if it is a bathroom. These are only the most requested services.
