My services include (but are NOT limited to): -Replacing; air filters, fill valves, faucets, door knobs, outlets/switches, faceplates, interior/security doors, broken window glass panes, baseboards/trim, tile, grout, ceiling fans, vanities, fire alarms, etc. -Drywall repair/replacement & texture match -Framing -Interior/Exterior painting -Elastomera sealing/painting -Shingle roof repair/sealing -Weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly EXTERIOR weed/bug spray treatments -Water heater replacement (and certain repairs/corrections like fabricating a quick panel door or tightening connections) -Custom barn doors & install -Cabinet painting -Furniture restoration -Custom wood decor commissions These are just some examples of services I provide.
