Handyman Work Handyman Projects - I can do light plumbing and electrical, install kitchen equipment, replace locks, assemble cabinets and furniture, install and adjust garage door openers, install security cameras, build and rescreen screens and limited fence repair. Other projects can be considered as I have been doing repairs on my own homes or rented houses for the past 30 years. Light electrical and plumbing is replacing a toilet, faucets, lights, switches, stove tops and etc. Just contact me and ask and if I can do it we can talk. I am not bonded or licensed. I am a fully retired Brick and Marble Mason. I do this part time and I prefer to work in the 12:00/1:...pm to 5:00/6:00pm time frame. I am usually scheduled out 2-3 days but I do have flexibility. The pictures show security cameras installed, recessed lights (new rings), graffiti removal, computer desk(furniture incl. bunk beds, cribs, children's day care desk, chairs and etc., storage shelves for garages and closet), a garage door patch, shower faucet replaced, new toilet, and partial rebuild of a rotted out RV. I offer the handyman services at $15.00/hr. Fence repair or installation is a the rate of $18.00/hr. Theses services will be done efficiently and with quality. I can also provide references from my existing customers. My time starts when I go north of 1-90 or South Hwy. 18. I generally do not work on Sundays and Friday unless it is to come and look at a job.
