Handyman in Bronx, New York

Hello My name is Elias Montalvo, I am currently living in New York City I will be moving soon to Tomball, Tx with my Family. I am currently looking for a Handy man job, I have 15 year experience in apartment building's . I have been working in Ariel east condeminions for the past 11 years as a handyman, my employer is Halstead property, I have been working for them since 2007 till this present day. I am experienced in Plumbing, painting, electricity, dry wall, door's and lock's and trouble shooting A/C units and apartment appliences. Before my current job, I worked for macow properties from 2002 till 2007 as a super taking care of nine building's , my duties were making all types of repair to the apartments, maintain the boilers and keeping building's clean. Previously before that job I worked in security in apartment building's. My employers were CDC security, I worked for them from 1986 till 2002.
