More than 30 years of experience on different trades, I offer solutions to various situations that may occur at home or commercial places. I currently work full time at a well known vacation resort as a Tech 2 in the Eng. Dept. Although my specialty is drywall work, I also do basic electrical and plumbing work such as replacement of light fixtures, ceiling fans, switches and outlets, kitchen appliances, sinks, faucets, garbage disposals, installation of TV's (wall mount), window blinds, shelving and any kind of wall hangings, doors, paint, etc... I will charge depending on the situation, it could be an hourly rate or a fixed cost. Availability will be discussed upon contact with the prospect client.
