My name is Alex Prokop. I have always been good at working with my hands. From automobile repair to detailed trim work. I have several years of experience in house remodeling, refinishing and maintenance. I'm professional construction engineer and have many years of experience as foreman. I've learned what makes a house look great and the difference is in the details. I use this system and these techniques every time I repair a client's house. 1. General House Tasks: painting, furniture and wood refinishing, tile replacement, outdoor and indoor surface repair (walls, flooring, external siding, basic roof repair). 2. Installation, Maintenance & Repair: appliances, electronics (TV, Stereos, and more), shelving, outdoor sprinklers, faucet, toilet, engineered flooring. 3. Assembly: furniture, child safety products, ceiling fans, other household items. I will work with you to make sure we have everything down in writing and we agree to scope and price. I have all of my own tools for most jobs. I will make sure that the area effected by my work is tidy, clean and presentable upon job end. I am looking for short term projects with flexible hours. I am able to work weekends upon request. The ideal job size is few hours up to 2 -3 days. I look forward to meeting you!
