Handyman in Saint Paul, Minnesota

I have done various aspects of the construction/remodeling field for more than 30 years for several other companies in the industry. I have built and repaired almost every type of home known in Minnesota and take great pride in my work. I have references from recent former customers/clients. Because I am doing this part-time and I am not licensed nor insured (I have always worked for companies who were) I do not have the overhead of most contractors and as such I can charge a fraction of the costs most (if not all contractors) charge. Furthermore, I am very honest, dependable and reliable, if I say I'm going to be there to do the job at a certain time on a certain day I am there as promised (with the usual exceptions such as acts of God and situations that are beyond my control). I do not mark up material prices by double as most contractors do, and I am willing to allow the homeowner to provide the materials onsite if they so choose.
