I am an experienced painter,taper,sheetrocker. I can do light carpentry, such as install baseboard, window and door caseing rubber cove base dead bolts and passage locks I can reglaze windows professionaly caulk anything inside or outside of a building I can do some plumbing such as installing faucets sinks dryer vents. I know how to point brick and sement block walls and chimneys I can repair tile and lenolium flooring. I can powerwash and clean gutters , seal driveways .I can also do light electrical work , install lighting replace wall sockets and switches ceiling fans I can operate any type of man lift, lull or fork lift I have my OSHA 30 and I have had lead abatement training. Anything I can't do I am a fast learner and I am willing to learn.
