Handyman in Irrigon, Oregon

Hello, Ive been in the property management and maintenance industry since 2001. I was the maintenance supervisor at prairie wood apartment 2001-200.... I have been managing and doing both grounds and home maintenance for Riverview Mobile home park since 2004. While doing that I had a second job renovating Chuck Royer’s rental units as well. At 1 point the owner of Riverview had 15 rentals that I regularly flipped, fixed and maintained. I was recently replaced (October 31,2020) because the owner was seeking 2 employees so he had more free time to semi retire (we managed the park as a team). I can easily get a phone reference from him or letter of recommendation if required. My skills are vast- painting, flooring, building, carpentry, basic electrical, basic hvac, framing, cabinet installation, drywall installation and repair, remodeling, irrigation, basic plumbing, fixture replacement, siding, roofing, window and door installation and repair, and much more. I am seeking full or part time work. I am currently working on getting my contractors license to become a general contractor and handyman. I grumble about some tasks I am needing to complete but always get the job done in a timely manner. I am self motivated and have basically worked alone for 16 years with little to no help or supervision. The hourly wage I am seeking is negotiable depending upon the complete job description. I prefer to work Monday through Friday day shift with all other work being by appointment or emergency only.
