Handyman in Palm Bay, Florida

I am looking for something that is a little different, a challenge. I am a certified Home inspector so I do offer a cursory inspection to find any problems that may be developing. I do not want to leave a house I fixed a fence latch on, only to find out it burned down later because of a short in the attic I could have caught while I was there. I try to be reasonable with pricing and do try to do charity work for people who cannot afford a critical repair. I guarantee not just the work but also your happiness. I guess that makes me the prozac if home repair;)
