Hello, my name Keith Richardson . I am 47 years old with 28 years experience in the Construction Industry . I have fielded projects in over 20 different states across this great country , from coast to coast . I began my career in residential drywall back in late 80's where I personally helped advance the causes of such communities as Napa Valley , Maumelle , Chanel Valley , Grey Stone , Hot Springs Village as well as restoration of the Quawpaw Quarter , River Market District . I lent my skills to help grow entire cities such as Sherwood , Cabot , and Conway from cow towns into what today is recognized as preferred places to live ,work and raise a family ; to the citizens of my home state ,Arkansas. Back in the 80 s in the midst of a "trickle Down " economy ,times were changing . I ventured to the greener Delta pastures of Mississippi . The Memphis River Boats were docking in a , then , unknown plot known today as Tunica . When I arrived on the scene there were only two major venue attractions . I helped complete several new Casinos including Sams Town , MGM , Circus Circus , Fitzgerald . Some of the names have changed since then but the buildings still stand above the flood plane and fuel the economy of the depressed region . It was there that I cut my teeth in commercial framing . America recovered and I returned home to capitalize on the nation wide infrastructure boom fueled by Schools and Hospitals . From Sylvan Hills Elementary , to McClellan Middle School , To Cabot High School , and UCA ,UALR . Childrens Hospital , UAMS , the V.A. , Baptist , Searcy , Jonesboro . My skills were also utilized in expansions such as Pulaski County Detention Center , Saline County D.C. , Alexander youth Detention Facility not to mention over a half dozen Little Rock Air Force Base jobs throughout the years .Churches Churches Churches notably , the Large Pentecostal just of of the interstate . In the late 90s I relocated to Colorado and I worked on some major projects . Lockede Martin renovated after securing the Mars Rover Contracts and I was there . Mile High Stadium was torn down to make way for the new Invesco Field and I was there , for nearly two years . After the Columbine situation I along with the near entirety of our company volunteered our time and skills to making the school a school again . And on 911 I was working on the roof of the new Denver Federal Court House as the Mcveigh / Nickohls trials were wrapping up across the streets . Since then I have added other skills to my set including Concrete for Arkansas concrete cutting and coreing that branched into Road and Highway Construction as well as manufacturing Storm Shelters and Septic Tanks for Whitten Concrete in Pine Bluff . I am no stranger to light electrical and plumbing as well . having said as much , I am not above mowing your lawn and raking leaves .In recent years I have embraced the dirty work of apartment and rental property "Make Ready" , from changing locks to counter tops , painting , and boarding up windows and doors ...
