I charge for my services based on job, not by hour that way you know exactly how much you are getting into right from the start. My services include basic maintenance services (painting, changing out fans, plugs, other small electrical), washing the house (pressure washing), the list could be endless. But I believe in building a strong relationship with the client so they are comfortable while I’m in their Home. My background includes working for a contracting company for 4 year, working for a hvac company for 3 years and also doing side jobs here and there for clients.
