I started as a handyman and work my way up as a Assistant Superintendent to a 220 unit condominium complex. I have learned and certified my skills by having a Black Seal Licence and a certified pool operator.. I manage a crew of 9 personal including doormans. Work orders that were completed would be funding materials and time of employee took to fix what was not funtioning right.
