Handyman Job in Dallas, Pennsylvania

We just purchased a ranch home near Misericordia University and will need some various projects completed. We also need someone who could be on call for emergency repairs ranging from plumbing to electrical to home maintenance. We live two hours away but our daughter will be living in the home. We want to interview several potential providers to find the right person to work with over the next 5-20 years.
