45 years in construction, remodeling, Commercial,New Customs. I'm fully capable of most situations, prefer small jobs, 1-2 days or more. No problem in long term. I have a lot of experience in maintenance and repair. Not really looking for really big jobs where it would be more suitable for crew. I'm retired and just want to work but not punch a clock. I'm punctual proficient and like to do work with a quality that conforms usually with building codes. Can just fix things with minamal work if necessary. I've worked in Lido Isles where money is of no matter. Can do it, but I would rather be small time . Just need to work to live not to get rich. Mom and Pop stuff. Home repair, maintenance painting and drywall. Stucco repair some plumbing. Did that for years. Goes with the job.
