Handyman Job in Clearfield, Utah

Big room one half 16'2" x 11'11" other half 14' 4" x 12' 8". West wall hung and one piece one the north and south walls and ceiling. 3 door openings 28 1/4, ... and a fire place key opening which we will not be finishing with a 50" opening into the room. Need the walls and ceiling done on both big room and hall. Hall 21' 4" x 2'9". There is a section of wall that is 91 1/8" that is cement and will not be drywalled. 4 Door openings 25 3/4, ... and 47 3/4. The ceiling has a dropped down section 11".
