Handyman in Medford, Oregon

From working for my general contractor father as a teenager, doing everything from kitchen and bath remodels to roofing to lifting and leveling foundations, to my most recent job as Director of Engineering with Hilton, I have a lifetime of knowledge and experience in residential and commercial construction, maintenance and property management. I've been Facilities manager for a non-profit therapeutic horseback riding organization, where I directed maintenance and repair of all buildings, barns, fences and landscaping, including oversight of up to 22 employees and 20 volunteers at a time. This included maintenance and repair of all machinery including mowers, tractors, small engines, backup generators, as well as heating air systems for multiple buildings, including offices and conference rooms, multiple barns and outbuildings, and maintaining 20 acres of landscape and fences. I am looking for something outside of the corporate world - helping people and living a simple life are my goals.
