Handyman Job in Charlotte, North Carolina

Real Estate Investor, looking for an experienced and mature handyman/building superintendent to preform scheduled maintenance tasks at 3 locations in Charlotte. Tasks and maintenance is require every 10 day for 2-3 consecutive days on the average, 50-75 hours per month, year round. Candidate will be an independent contractor and will be 1099'ed. Task will include but will not be limited to: 1. Unit inspection monthly 2. Grass cutting every 10 days 3. Cleaning exterior of property every 10 days 4. Inspection of exterior every 10 days 5. Painting common areas every quarter 6. Unit maintenance as required 7. Paint and clean up as require during turn over Must have skills in the following: 1. Plumbing 2. Electrical 3. Painting and drywall 4. Landscaping 5. Masonry The candidate: 1. Should have own hand tools and transportation 2. Must be DD FREE 3. References required 4. Self motivated, self started 5. Responsible 6. Should be computer literate
