I am extremely talented and creative anomaly,with excellent communications and estimating skills. I have recently downsized due to personal preference and a divorce that forced me to start over. I have managed over a hundred men on big jobs, and crews on medium sized and small teams of creaftsman. The best times and fun I have had was with smaller crews on small and medium sized jobs. The pressure is lower, the creativity soars and the crew and I are having fun and busting out the work and enjoying every minute of it while the client enjoys the process and outcome. Bigger jobs bring their own inherent stresses, like never-ending decisions, changes to plans, schedule adjustments epic levels of coordination and progression tracking. This level of management is just not necessary on smaller and medium sized jobs because everything can be seen with on gaze upon the job to tell where the project is at. Bottomline: I love to see a client happy, therefore I choose to work on small or medium sized jobs, because I have seen countless examples of a big job executed well, but the client was still not happy in the end because the bumpy road of the process.
