I have over 25 years of experience in home construction, additions, improvement, repair and maintenance. I have been the contractor on 5 of my own homes and my primary hobby is home improvement, but I retired too early and I am running out of things to improve, so I have decided to offer my experience to others in the Lake Wylie area. I am available to help you with your home improvement/maintenance needs. I can be a set of helping hands, an instructor, an advisor, or skilled labor & tool provider. Experience includes; Trim and Crown Molding, Electrical, Lighting, Ceiling Fans, Flooring, Tiling, Plumbing, Framing, Drywall, Finishing, Painting, Window Repairs, Deck Building/Repair, Dock Building/Repair, Hardscape design/Install, Sheds, Etc. I also enjoy pressure washing and other outdoor activities. From small tasks to large projects, prime examples of where I can help include Home inspection repair lists, Honey do Lists, Addition planning, Remodeling planning, or just fixing something that doesn’t work. I can also look at proposals you are getting from other service companies and let you know if you are getting a fair deal.
