I have 3 small projects. I have an oak bookcase made by a family member. It is too high for its new location. So the top needs to come off and the height lowered. Ideally I would like some glass doors on this as well due to asthma and dust issues. Looking to turn my no longer used microwave shelf in the kitchen to a feature cabinet with glass doors.

The top door-hinge screws have pulled out from the door frame, and the door won’t close properly. I understand that someone needs to fill the holes with wood glue and toothpicks and then re-set the screws.
