Two ceiling fans in my loft upstairs have come down, one totally separating from the ceiling, one hanging down. Am looking for somebody to come in and reattach and secure them.

We are in 77493. We have an investment home that needs ~20 1/2” x 7” holes drilled through the frame into the slab for new tie down anchors. I think the drain line is blocked ? Unit was inspected 2 months ago. They found nothing wrong except for the age of the system. They declined to fix the drain unless I bought a new system. Looking for alternatives.

I started installing a ceiling fan but am not confident on finishing. Immediate help would be great.
