Our mailbox has a brick house to live in. After the truck struck the mail slot, the box no longer closes properly. I need to have the old mail box removed (bolted in so will need a chisel to cut screws/bolts) then have a the new mailbox installed in the brick house. I believe the bricks inside may need to be cut somewhat to ensure the fit is deep enough and correct.

Repair to standard as above. looking to have a vanity reattached to the wall after kids knocked it off. Reconnect the drain pipe. Also have a straight forward dry wall repair of a ceiling as well

Need help with replacing backyard water hose faucet. This work would probably need to cut dry wall from inside (living room), replace water hose bib (faucet) in the wall, and pack the dry wall plus repaint if needed. I have the replacement part.

Need to hang a cabinet to the wall in living room, have to replace lights in the bedroom. Have to hang 3 planters in the bedroom.
