NON-smoker replace horizontal gutters only on garage; clean gutters on house; 2 or 3 small repairs to gutters ; NEED to determine property lines so remove shed built into garage and cover hole; haul away brush back there; haul away brush removed from long fence side so new fence can be put there.

Purchasing a house in Janesville and need a contractor or well versed handyman to walk the property and provide a general condition report including the major mechanicals. Roof, electrical, plumbing, foundation, hvac, windows, exterior siding condition - the big ticket items. An estimate to complete the noted repairs would also be needed if possible.
