It's a few jobs so it should be worth your time. Need some exterior wood replaced. Need 4 fans installed. If I can get the materials selected, possibly replacing carpet with new flooring in a bedroom. Replacing some electrical outlets.

We need ceiling work and wall repair first for sure. We also need to put in new flooring. And we are wanting to paint the inside of our home also . My home is right at 1800 square feet.

I need someone to repair vinyl siding that caught on fire. I know it requires replacing an inside corner and several small sections of vinyl probably at least 8 to 9 feet of vinyl (or more). Maybe more as the area affected is by my front door.
