All materials are on site. I'm willing to help. The only thing we may need to rent is a concrete mixer. Other than that it should be fairly easy to accomplish in one day.

Someone that can move dryer upstairs and connect it. It is heavy and the old dryer is still in place will also need to be moved downstairs
