I just need someone to drill holes into the ceiling to be able to hang curtain rods in my front windows. The ceiling is concrete, so you need a special drill and you need to know what you are doing. The holes need to be measured so that the rods are straight. 9 holes altogether, 3 curtain rods. Should not take more than an hour, maybe 2 tops.

There are some snall job around my home. EJ instaling a soap dispenser in my kitchen sink, securin the dryer house to the nent and 2 or 3 small jobs.

Carpenter to reinstall. Closet s cloths rack ,needs to add more supportive structure than just the drywall

fix dimmer switch, install small light fixture in bathroom and some minor things, mirror and towel holder

bathroom is leaking into downstairs kitchen. which has created major mold...........................

This is a Tenant Occupied Property and our office will coordinate the repairs. We need few General Maintenance. Property is located in Navajo Terrace, Margate, Florida 33068 We need a guy who will charge us at reasonable rate and do a quality Job. So we can rely on him for future assignments.
