City inspection says that the existing 3-prong duplex outlets must be downgraded to 2-prong outlets since none of the outlets are greounded. This is labor only. I will provide the new outlets.

I need a new porch constructed as soon as possible. The floor will be made of concrete tiles, carved logs/woods for the pillars, and wood shingles for the shade/roof.
