Handyman Jobs including Bathroom Renovation in Minnesota

I am a real estate broker in Nisswa Minnesota specializing in Lake shore properties. I’m looking for a handyman who can do small home projects prior to us listing properties in the MLS.

We have 5 doors that I want to remove and replace. I also have at least 1 window to remove and replace. Blinds in the 2 bedrooms to remove and replace, resurface the kitchen cabinets and some minor handyman work (deep cleaning the railing). We also have an unfinished basement we’d love to have completed. Not all at one time!

need old tub out for my 80 year old dad and low step shower put in... no making the job last a month. willing to help , also willing to prep. need a dead line - not the usual making a job lasting ten times longer than it should. as the mofos that work on our Hwys.

Looking to perform a remodel on a house I rent out. I am looking only to do work on a complete kitchen overhaul and complete bathroom overhaul.

I have a couple small projects I’m looking to get done. Flooring in small bathroom, reinstall some trim and closet doors.

I am looking for a handyman to do various tasks for me in Minneapolis. I have some light carpentry, help with kitchen remodel and bath remodel, some flooring to install, some tile work to be done as well as drywall and painting. Willing to work with someone who needs flexible hours or who does not do this full-time but I need a lot of help. Thanks.

Looking for someone to finish, mud, tape, and paint drywall that another contractor would not finish in our basement. Also needing an electrical outlet disconnected and a light fixture changed out, and a three piece tub surround put in that is already bought.
