Handyman Jobs including Ceiling Repair in Minnesota

I am a real estate broker in Nisswa Minnesota specializing in Lake shore properties. I’m looking for a handyman who can do small home projects prior to us listing properties in the MLS.

We have 5 doors that I want to remove and replace. I also have at least 1 window to remove and replace. Blinds in the 2 bedrooms to remove and replace, resurface the kitchen cabinets and some minor handyman work (deep cleaning the railing). We also have an unfinished basement we’d love to have completed. Not all at one time!

Looking for a quote on a bathroom ceiling fix. I bought a flipped house about 5 years ago and for some reason in the bathroom the popcorn ceiling has fallen off in a few place but it still stuck in other places. Need a handyman for a part-time job in a renovation house in North Minneapolis. Individual will work on his own but the cost of the whole repair will be negotiated in advance. I expect to pay about $ 20 hour plus materials.
