Remove existing fans and replace with new ones (assembly needed) Remove existing window blinds and replace with draperies Paint

Need to remodel small master bath, about 8' x 4.2'. new tiles for floors and walls, new shower built, replacing everything but keeping same Floorplan. Replacing doors as well fir both baths. hall bath also in need, about 7.5'x5'. same as aove except just standard tub to replace no built in shower. Looking to get done within next month but need to budget.

The maintenance man will be completing a myriad of duties but will have to have slight knowledge of plumbing, irrigation systems, electrical and landscaping.

(1) repair some window frame wood (2) Attach base board in kitchen (3) Repair master bath door hardware (4) Repair crack in ceiling (5) replace one 2'x2' ceiling tile.

Painting and touch up ceiling and baseboard, power washing driveway and stones, some lawn work, patch up some holes

Need a handymen to assist with issues and renovations when they arise. Such as toilet fixing, painting, and putting down new flooring.

Put in all new tile in shower, new glass enclosure, take out a jetted tub and put in a free standing soaker tub, new cabinets and countertop, and new floor tile. In the kitchen I want cabinets refaced or painted, new backsplash and new countertop. New tile around fireplace
