Gate to backyard is broken. The screw into the concrete block is undone / needs repaired. This gate is used regularly by pool man and lawn workers.

I’m looking for an all around handyman. The reason I would like to know the price per hour is because if I use you, it’ll be an on going project. I’m retired and need constant help. Maintenance, moving light furniture, light bathroom, picture hanging, light driving, etc.. Let me know. Thank you.
