there are cabinet doors to hang, 2 large pantries to install in kitchen, and another small cupboard. bathroom vanity ,toilet and tub install in a rental, concrete is poured and ready for shed to be built. we have small jobs that need to be done.

Have one section of gutter that needs replacing on a rental house. Haven't done it ourselves due to some carpentry skills required. A metal roof was installed that overhangs the gutter. Mounting the new gutter will require some modification of the fascia board. Likely not a difficult job for someone who knows what they're doing. Estimate it should take ~half a day.
