I need to organize my garage and build shelves for storage and need few other work work done such as fixing the door etc

deck floor boards rotting and need to be replaced. deck size apx 12 X 12 plus a little more - railings seem okay so just hoping to replace the wood floor boards

Pipe under sink replaced/garbage disposal fixed. Fluorescent lights replaced in garage, hose faucet replaced, ceiling replaced in small room.

We need a few whiteboards moved, and a water filter installed at the sink, and we need some regular lockable doors on the server closets.

Among other things, I'm looking for someone to recondition a bathroom's walls, hang wall paper behind a pedestal sink, repair old wallpaper, install molding, and caulk wide tub seams. Because of its complexity, this job requires someone who is very good at hanging wallpaper and tub caulking.

At the present time, have a small job that should not take very long. May have more work in the future.
