We have rental properties in Exton, Downingtown and Costesville area in Chester county. We need a handyman on call basis to fix small jobs for rental units. Handyman must be local from Chester county area.

Need odds and ends attended to. Some tree and shrub trimming, garage cleaning and removal of heavy items, power washing sidewalks and fence (i own my power washer) some household repairs i.e., door trim repair, painting and plumbing.

Looking for some side work in the Altoona Area, Hollidaysburg Area. I can Drywall, muddy, lay flooring, roofing, stain, paint, install toilets, sinks, cabinets, framing, window repair, door repair, sidewalk repair. I can do this for a half decent amount.
