I am going out of town on some extended trips and will need a reliable and responsive on-call handyman to care for any issues that come up from the tenant with a rental I own. Generally stuff that comes up light duty: furnace filter replacement, carpentry or paint touch ups, dripping faucet, bulb-replacement, installations, light yardwork, etc.
