adding railing to deck and finishing fence touch up paint in living room and doors tighten loose faucet in kitchen

I would like some closets to be re-done and new doors, a built-in in my living room and around my TV. a built in down my hallway. Possibly my bedroom as well..... well as possibly look ate my grouting in my bathroom and some other finishings like floating shelves. I would need a quote for each job if possible.

I would like someone to make for me 1 sturdy storage seating bench, and 1 sturdy rectangular storage bench. I am open to using wood for the top and plywood if it keeps the budget low and it's not tacky. I would love to work with someone who understands my need, is able to deliver (I pay cash), and is reliable.

We did some damage to a customer's home and we want to be on site when you take a look and repair. There are scratches to the hardwood floor, a dining table and chairs that need to be leveled, and a closet door that got damaged.

Mature individual(with references) to take care of smaller jobs, fix ups around the residence or business. Clean, non smoker and on time! Working from $25-35hr depending on type of work. Travel time may apply to overall cost. I am an artist doing special projects looking to supplement my income.
