General renovation of residential properties. Kitchen, bath, some exterior work. Drywall experience a plus.

Locks, unlocks, fix doors, clean empty units, pick up trash, check for damage, other light maintenance duties as they arise. 1-5 hours a week, sometimes more, min 1 hour. There is opportunities for mowing and plowing too if the person applying already does this type of work.

Currently need to re-level sagging portion of deck and shore up stairway to deck. Deck will need to be jacked up and blocking put in place. Not a big job but needs to be done. Other projects needing to be done also.

I need some one to help me put together an outdoor barrel sauna kit. The seller sent an instruction video. There also are videos on you tube if you want to know what you're getting into. Tools required for assembly: rubber mallet, hammer, level, set of wrenches, measuring tape.
