General, help cleaning out garage, repairs on house, painting i own a business and do not have time to do this myself

Reinstall two shutters that fell during high wind storm a few days ago. One shutter is on second level.

I need someone who can do some minor vinyl siding replacement, put in a screen door, repair a loose door handle, replace the sod in a section of my yard, and I'm sure a couple things I'm forgetting.

Need to bathrooms redone. One with ceramic tiling laid, vanity and toilet installed. The other with ceramic tiling laid, new shower installed, vanity and toilet installed. New pre hung doors installed and framing. Install dishwasher, microwave and new kitchen counter tops.
