I'm a handyman who love to work in a proactive environment. I know carpentry, electrical, tile, drywall, ect. I also have a helper who I will have whos just as qualifies as myself. We have worked together for yrs. If it's broken we will find a cost effective way to fix it. I love a win-win situation.
