Pack in camp; Jungle can set up which is what we heat and hold water to do dishes with, building latrine, sump pit, and wood gathering - Assigned daily duties including but not limited to: stocking ice chest, retrieving crew lunches, washing windows, and checking fluids - Skilled in mixing fuel for burning 2 parts diesel 1 part gas, Saw mix 50:1 - Performed chainsaw maintenance on Stihl 440, 441, able to operate, maintain, disassemble, clean and sharpen, reassemble, and mix fuel for a chainsaw. - Chainsaw assignments including but not limited to: – Limbing, bucking trees, hazardous tree removal, and chainsaw maintenance - Performed chainsaw tasks and operations including but not limited to: Analyzing strength and integrity of trees to identify best felling practices, use of safe cutting practices to minimalize risks of damages or injury, determine proper placement of felling wedges, react quickly and know best practices for safety when escaping falling trees, clearing debris from site to allow for smooth and safe passage for both vehicles and crew personnel
