My name is Tyler, I am 32 years old and have been painting, remodeling, and working in all aspects of home improvement for nearly 18 years. I first started working on homes and residential properties at the age of 14. My father was and still is a known reputable contractor on the east side of Ct for over 30 years. That is where I got my start in the trades. For the past 7-10 years, I have branched out working with many other contractors to learn all aspects of this business and perfecting my craft. I am new to the area and my goal is to get my name out while I showcase my skills. With all the years that I have worked on homes I have come to the conclusion that; whether it be the sheetrock guy or the roofer, MOST CONTRACTORS CHARGE WAY TOO MUCH!!!! If you are a homeowner who has sought bids through multiple contractors, than you are aware of the high rates. Also the huge gap between highest and lowest bid are literally thousands of dollars apart. Not only are both I and my work Professional, it is above customer satisfaction. I have high expectations of the work I produce and I never take shortcuts. I bid jobs at 1/3 THE COST of your local contractor. I have not simply chosen this as a means of income, I truly love the transformation of property. It brings me joy to watch the homeowners reactions when they see the finished product. My experience includes; PAINTING, STAINING & WEATHER SEALING: Interiors, exteriors, decks, basements, garages using all materials (latex, oil base, varnish, polyurethane etc. Color matching, texturing, patching, remove hang sheetrock and wallpaper, including mudding/taping/sanding. INSTALLATION:                                •Flooring- refinish, remove, replace hardwood, tiling, vinyl, laminate and more.                                          •Kitchen- appliances, backsplash, countertops, cupboards, sinks, faucets, islands, etc. •Electrical- [All basic wiring] lighting fixtures, fans such as ceiling/vent/exhaust, outlets, switches & control units.       •Plumbing-Toilets, faucets, drains, diverters, valves, showers, enclosures, tubs, glass surrounds, hot water heaters, replace or update old or leaking pipes.                                                   •Carpentry- Framing, replacement doors and windows, build decking, stairs, farmers porch, overhang, replace rotted or termite damaged wood on home/decks/window frames.        I HAVE THE TOOLS & EXPERTISE FOR EVERY JOB!!           ……………………………………………....
