We need handymen who have multiple talents, overall knowledge of carpentry, and can handle a deadline to help us complete our projects in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. We need to have a network that dependable to do the job right in every county. The right handymen for the jobs are the ones who use common sense, have the expertise, and dependable. Say what they mean, and do what they say, no-nonsense communicators. The term handyman implies that you can do a little of this and a little of that and you do it all well and take pride in your work. You know that if you do it well, there is repeat business for you. A true problem solver thinks on their feet knows how to GET THE JOB DONE and done well! I need independent contractors 1099 (sub-contractors) who have liability insurance, workman’s compensation insurance, or are exempt and can pass a background test (specifically Aspen Grove) to obtain their ABC# numbers for my Clients. You may already have them if you have worked for preservation companies in your business before and if I can explain how to get them with Aspen Grove and connect you to the company. You must be able to complete the following: • Property inspections and lock installations • Basic interior and exterior repairs • Minor to major remodeling projects including siding, soffit, fascia repair and porches • Basic painting and drywall projects • Basic roofing repairs and upkeep • Debris removal • Exterior projects including fencing, gutters, siding, power washing, etc. • General carpentry including doors, windows, walls, stairways, etc. • Winterizations • Lawn Maintenance, Shrub Trimming • Repair Bids using Estimating Software (usually PPW Apps) • Pictures on your cell phone and upload them to a website.
