I have a ceiling fan w/light that needs installation and would like to add another circuit to my kitchen. I have a huge breaker box just on the other side of my kitchen wall for easy access.

Motion light out, fan dial/switch replaced. I have a bathroom light/fan switch that needs to be reversed. 2 loose sockets. light bulb I can't get to unscrew. A closet door that i cannot get to stay on track. Back door weatherstripping & small office ceiling to repaint because of water damage (dreaded pop corn ceiling).
