I live in a three story townhouse in South Philly. Some of the woodwork on the front of the facade is broken and has a hole in it. I think a squirrel might have found it and made the hole a bit bigger recently. I would like the front patched up and fixed. I can't access it, because it is on the third floor - so would need a large ladder. Any help would be appreciated!
